Outsourcing through third party vendors for all MENA markets.- Project Managing all activities related to Events, Branding, promotions, Indoor and outdoor branding, shop Fit outs.- Managing Offset and Digital printing projects, including, image color corrections, proofing, proof approvals ,mockups until final production .- Strictly adhering to Brand Guidelines..- Updating status reports, and keeping track on the CPS timelines.- e-sourcing using Tejari procurement portal for RFQ’s. - Working closely with vendors on finalizing specification's, fabrication, visiting sites for random checks until final production and installation.- Providing best solutions on projects and maintaining high quality standards. - Making sure all artworks released are in the right formats and specifications for final output, through the studio dept.- Approving schematics for final production and making sure they have the right details and specifications in proportions to final sizes and materials to be used before going to final production.- Multitasking simultaneously on various projects with continuous follow ups on the ongoing projects that are in production.- Managing all MENA markets including logistics.- Final settlement of vendor payments.
