Control day-to-day operations by scheduling man power, ordering food supplies, receiving material, issuing materials to various departments, maintaining par label, payments follow- up. Control Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, training to staff members for planning and organization, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports. Inviting quotations & samples of material, comparative analysis of quotations and negotiation with different vendors.  Preparation of rate comparison. Coordinate with finalized vendors & purchase committee for contracting / procuring material. Issuing of Purchase Order, follow-up for supplies. Handling short delivery Handling delivery of substandard quality products Handling late deliveries Handling cash purchases Market analysis
