Current• Led the effort in planning, architecting, designing, and developing to digitally transform the State of Michigan’s Child Welfare Licensing Module (CWLM) from Java technical stack to Salesforce.• Orchestrating a collaborative effort with a team of architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders, including product owners, business users, and implementation partners, to ensure the success of this transformative project. • Designed and architected the reusable Integration API framework for CWLM on Salesforce. This framework allows for seamless communication between different systems, enhancing the module's functionality, performance, and maintainability.• Architected a futuristic Data Synchronization framework between CWLM and the Michigan Statewide Child Welfare System until the complete system is replaced.• Devised an automated Data Fix process for Salesforce, a solution that harnessed the power of Python, PowerShell, and Data Loader CLI, resulting in an impressive 80% reduction in manual effort for our daily system admins workload.• Designing an automated Data masking solution that runs asynchronously between different data storages (Including RDBMS databases, Salesforce, and any Identity Management Systems) by leveraging the multi-process capabilities of Python, Salesforce REST APIs, and microservice architecture on RedHat OpenShift.• Building and grooming a new team of non-Salesforce resources to get up to speed in development and mentoring them to be self-enabled and self-motivated in learning with Salesforce and related technologies. This team will be instrumental in maintaining and further enhancing the Child Welfare Licensing Module, ensuring its continuous improvement and adaptability to future needs.
