Photographic documentation of histological slices, visual assessment and quantification of calcified areas from an absorbable magnesium scaffold, analysis of the degradation kinetics of the scaffold, and a comparative analysis of vessel remodelling after coronary intervention in different clinical trials.

Project in the Molecular Oncology Laboratory of the Department of Biotechnology, IIT Madras, India, under the guidance of Prof. Suresh Kumar Rayala. Worked on inflammatory response elements in the PELP1 (Proline-, glutamic acid-, and leucine-rich protein) promoter, identifying a sequence important for binding of a NF-kappaB transcription factor and subsequent cytokine induction. The project highlighted PELP1’s role in interlinking inflammation and oncogenesis.
