 Recruitment and selection for front-end and back-end requirement up to Top management level & Salary negotiations for the same. Identification of cost effective recruitment sources. publishing the position on job portal & also interacting with placement agencies Reference checks post interviewing and initializing employee correspondence post selection Issuing offer letters, Appointment letters, etc though subordinates. Induction & Joining formalities ( Manpower requisition form, Appointment letter, Interviewer assessment form, opening of Salary Account, PF / ESIC nomination forms, etc. ) through subordinates Initiating, Co-ordinating and tracking of Performance Appraisals as per the Performance management System in place Initiate the employee reward & promotions based on the performance like monthly excellence awards  Preparing performance and increment synopsis in coordination from the Human Resources Manager, for Gm’s approval. Independent initiating, updating and tracking Payroll process right from attendance editing to closing Payroll. Keeping records of inputs pertaining to man days, absenteeism & employee turnover. Preparation of CTC Break ups for all new joinees  Timely Finalization of Full & Final settlements of exiting employees through Processing Bank Account Opening for all the new joinees. Maintenance of Leave Cards. Audit statutory compliance ( PF, ESIC, PT, etc ) Audit and upkeep of all personal files: Current CTC Break ups, DOJ, DOB, Salary Account No., Current Designation, Tenure, Confirmation Dates, Maintenance of Leave Cards, Last Appraisal details, etc. Maintain a comprehensive MIS of Manpower, Payroll Cost, Attrition analysis, Average cost per Employee & Departments, Revenue Analysis, etc.  Address HR processes issues and help to resolve the same.  Ensure HR requirements are met Taking care of the staff accommodation Cafeteria Maintenance Keeping track of head count and separations
