 Responsible for preparing stow plans of project (ODC) and various break bulk cargos. Liaising with Vessel agents, stevedore agencies, CHA’s, workshops and shippers to ensure smooth and safe cargo operations. Obtaining quotations from various vendors for procurement of various lashing gears and analyzing them for cost management. Carry out risk assessment of loading operations prior loading project windmill(Suzlon,RE Power,GE Windenergy and Regen windmill) cargoes; complete operations in quickest and safest possible manner. Coordinating with Transporter and planning of intercarting of cargo from ship to stackyard and stackyard to Site. Hands on preparing of LR entry Live on TMS software and handling it independently. Assist Master in various business of the vessel to initiate quick turnarounds of the vessel to maximise profits for owners. Assisting loading and discharging of cargo operation of vessel. Maximise cargo intake following international load line laws to increase owner’s profits. Handle Management level meetings and decisions to improve vessel’s maintenance and up gradation at all times.  Handle Management Level meeting and decisions to improve the port practise to reduce damage and accidents Carryout all operation with Zero accident till date, with measuring all the risk assessment.  Responsible to keep all the records of above said job and Document for the same.
