I work at Capgemini, and am responsible for delivery of French Contract for providing SAP ADM services from multi-location multilingual environment in India and Europe. The responsibility includes P&L management, Automation and Innovation, Add on sales, Continuous Improvement program, Customer Engagement, Business Process Focus, Pyramid Management and Industrialization as top priorities.My prior experience in IT industry includes roles managing SAP projects ranging from roll-out to legal and custom developments. In the capacity of Service Delivery Manager, I was instrumental in setting up Continues Improvement Plan for ADM project yielding value add benefits which help optimize delivery and improve bottom line of the project.Prior to getting into IT industry, I have worked with manufacturing and service industry in Finance and Accounts domain accumulating strong business process knowledge of the sectors.
