Embarking on my career in tech at the age of 7, I have always been around technology. Being involved at an early age in solution based systems, I understood the problem well before deriving a solution that was founded in operational efficiencies. Working with thousands of companies as a solutions expert in transportation and retail I have learned that no two companies are the same. Even if there problems are the same, they are impacted very differently by their common problem. After years being a Vice President in the corporate world, it was my decision to leverage my expertise and apply my knowledge to try and help my community while honouring my ancestors and enlightening the western world on eastern cultures. Today Chai Ghai use technology to be at the forefront of online commerce but maintains ethical sourcing of Tea as well as revenue redistribution. Donating a portion of our proceeds is an important piece of our corporate culture. So is keeping Indian culture intact when presenting our ancient culture to a new generation.With years of experience in solutions, I see that a social solution is the biggest thing in need for those who are less fortunate.
