Product development, QC works and Project implementations of following products in compliance with standards and project specifications: Concrete admixture products: (Plasticizer, Super plasticizer, Hyper plasticizer, Retarders andaccelerators based on Lingo, SNF, SMF, PCE polymers and other additives), Concrete mix design (Normal, Self-level, High strength, Screed, Light weight, Foamed, Colored, Ready mix Plaster/ Mortar/ Grout, etc.) Waterproofing and Coatings: Acrylic elastomeric Coating/ Matt Paints/Sealants/and Adhesives,Cementitious Waterproofing, Resin based concrete Curing and Coatings, Epoxy Flooring and Coating. Dry Mix Mortars: Polymer fortified Cement based Tile glue, Tile grout, Concrete repair mortars, Sprayplaster and Decorative plasters, High strength grout, Dry Concrete and Shotcrete, and Floor screed. Conducting lab trials, product classification and performance evaluation tests of: concreteadmixture, concrete mix, waterproofing and coating products for developing new products or improvingan existing product as per ASTM, EN, and Local project Specifications. Supervising QC functions for incoming raw materials qualification test, in-process sample inspections,quality verification of finished goods in supporting operations and company business activities Providing Technical services to customers for proper usage of admixture and other constructionchemicals and ready-mix concrete mix design and trials. Providing technical support services: into Admixture and concrete trials, Spray plaster and shotcrete,floor screed and grouting’s, tile applications, concrete repairing and waterproofing’s works.

 Research & Development of New Products and Documentation. Approval of Finished Products, controlling rejection and finding root causes of rejection and taking Steps towards minimizing rejection. Responsible for in process inspection, Checking of Incoming Raw Materials, Alternative Raw Materials & Competition Product Testing & Calibration of instruments. ISO WORK i.e. Statistical Analysis & Handling Customer complaints Adherence to Quality system requirements by reviewing of improvement on quality issues arisingduring the runs. Ensure usage of safe work practices & safety equipment. Maintains ISO 9001: 2008 systems & it’s updating.

 Formulation, production control, and testing: various concrete admixtures, dry mix mortars, flooringproducts, waterproofing, and concrete protection coating products. Developing ASTM and EN standard quality products: Concrete Admixture, curing compounds, DryMix/Latex/ Resin based Tile Glue and Grout, Machinery Grout, Self- Leveling mortar with technical collaborations from Europe and USA based above. Supervising Production batch control and Co-coordinating with production department. for rawmaterial usage, production planning, production operations for new products, and In- process qualitycontrol. Developing concrete mix design, and supervising admixture trials at various ready- mix plants. Quality control and performance analysis of raw materials: minerals, admixture and adhesive polymers,chemicals and additives which are used in the production of construction chemicals. Clearing conforming products for delivery and Trouble shooting in case of non- conforming products. Operation of Atomic absorption spectrometer and UV-Visible spectrometer for elemental analysis,and various Cement mortar /concrete physical testing instruments. Laboratory documentation: Preparing the lab compliance reports, production and quality control reports.
