I was responsible for Finance/IT/Supply chain including production Planning & administration.In addition to F&A responsibility, was heading complete operation of the company from RM procurement to production and supply of goods to customers. Developed new vendors within India as well as overseas. Developed reputed sources third party manufacturer internationally for chemicals, emulsions, textile inks,digital inks, UV overcoat varnish and other products related to printing inks. Being a science graduate, had interest in understanding of ink formulations and suggested in consultation with R&D for optimising the raw material components to bring cost down.
