Responsibilities include managing channel partners such as real estate agents builders and PG owners in order to generate leads through them. I successfully on boarded 120+ new channel partners and successfully generated business from 50% of channel partners who were actively performing and earned 10000 to 15000 incentives every month and helped me achieve my targets • Bring new partner onboard and manage relationships with existing Partners• Understand customers and business needs to Cross-sell and Up-sell.• Coordinating with other departments such as support and management team to deliver and partner expectations. • Communicating with Partners making them understand the product category and giving them offers on the new product.• Organizing activities to generate new leads such as tech park activities, shopping malls activities on weekend and activities at well-known residential societies. • Research and identify new market opportunities.• Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.• Manage funnel, forecast and seize sales opportunities.
