Manager (Mechanical commissioning of power plant) Time duration: August -2012 to January-2013. JOB PROFILE: 600 MW X 2 Dong fang make turbine & boiler. 2028 TPH X 2 PF fired boiler (Supplier = dong fang)  Commissioning of boiler & balance of plant. Boiler flushing, hydro test, refractory dry out, alkali bailout, steam blowing. Commissioning of Boiler Auxiliaries like FD FAN, ID FAN, PA FAN & Feed pump, All Interlock and protection checking, Logic checking,  Condensate line & feed water line flushing completed. Vendor offer evolution & co-ordination with engineering department regarding site issue. Successfully completed 1000 TPH coal handling project from specification finalized to commissioning.  Commissioning activity of BOILERS like, Hydro test & Equipment Commissioning.
