I led a team for the system and data management for the delivery of the… Show more Reporting to the Head of Cost & Investments and with management responsibilities for a team of 4 staff during 2019 and 2020.Key areas of focus on the development and roll out of strategic finance partnering L&D content for pan-Finance teams. As part of an operating model transformation I am involved in shaping the service offering, hand-offs, ways of working and the goals and outcomes for the partnering teams. I led a team for the system and data management for the delivery of the Commercial Banking budget cycle. I am lead for a range of Cost Transformation projects focused on Customer Journey costings, Performance Cost Reporting dashboards and Cost and Investment Tracking. In addition I am very heavily involved in driving the D&I agenda across the Finance Function. I have a specific responsibility as part of a small panel appointed by the Bank CFO to drive improvement plans for BAME staff with a specific focus on recruitment, awareness and education. This includes external engagement and pan-industry activity to seek best practice means and methods to improve BAME experiences for our staff. Show less
