I am lead for a range of Cost Transformation projects focused on Customer Journey costings, Performance Cost Reporting dashboards and Cost and Investment Tracking. In addition I am very heavily involved in driving the D&I agenda across the Finance Function. I have a specific responsibility as part of a small panel appointed by the Bank CFO to drive improvement plans for BAME staff with a specific focus on recruitment, awareness and education.
