CurrentEngage with and work alongside clients as they plan and prepare to move towards workreadiness, sustainable employment, independence, retirement or other desirable outcomes Ensure clients:o are getting all the support they needo are aware of the full range of support, assistance and financial assistance availableo can easily connect to services, support and opportunities availableo can successfully transition to work readiness, training, work, maintain independence,or otherwise maximise their potential Maintain up to date knowledge of MSD’s products and services, local labour markets,contracted providers and wider social services Display cultural awareness, using an open, courteous and empathetic manner to build trustand rapport with clients, ensuring they are listened to and understood Proactively build and maintain client relationships to develop a deeper understanding oftheir situation and provide effective ongoing support Develop an understanding of the wider organisation to build relationships and linkagesbetween colleagues and external providers to ensure provision of a seamless service Work hand-in-hand with clients to develop an individualised plan of action, proactivelyinitiating coaching conversations and driving shared responsibility for achieving outcomes Maintain complete, concise and up-to-date client information and decisions that supportsthe client and ensures a consistent client experience across MSD's delivery channels. Ensure client information is stored securely and only disclosed to those with appropriateauthority, to protect client privacy at all times
