Looking all activities in stores.Maintain all the shipment documentation and certified all receiving materials with client.Physical materials verification done with Client, materials received from other country like India, Egypt, Africa PNG, Burundi etc Daily material Report( D M R),Maintain the report nonmoving Items.Maintain the tag and bin card system Materials coordinate from one site to another site & Ensure site work should not affect for non availability of materials.Space Management in Store, Control Flow of Material & Bulk Material Reconciliation.In the end of month prepared stock statement & Assets statement, Diesel consumption reports Certifying the quantities of suppliers bill , Co-coordinating with procurement and accounts, Department Materials controlling Local purchase of sundry items, preparing comparative statement, Checking of suppliers bills and verify with purchase order and passing to concern dept. for making payment. Report to the Project Manager administratively on a day-to-day basis and plan his material requirements as per the orders of the Project Manager, and report to Stores Department at Head Office on functional basis Give Report to Management for Consumption & Stock Position. Monitor and ensuring the day to day receipt & dispatch at warehouse for smooth operation.Follow up with Transporter, store others Functions.Maintain the proper housekeeping of store items as well as open yard store at site.Ensure that all materials / assets given on returnable basis to Contractors / Sub Contractors are received back to stores department in good and working conditions.
