I have qualified several national level competitive examinations like CSIR-JRF, DBT-JRF, ICAR-NET and received CST Asia-Pacific Award for IUIS. My training is in immunology and parasitology, and considering my expertise in various cellular and molecular biology approaches including nucleic acid and protein isolation from various sources, molecular cloning, protein expression, SDS-PAGE, Immunoblotting, PCR, Real-time PCR, immunological techniques Indirect ELISA, Sandwich ELISA, Flow cytometry-based phenotypic assay for T-cell subsets. I am proficient in multicolor flow cytometry, especially 25 colors on (Cytek Aurora Spectral Flow Cytometry) and 15 colors on (BD Fortessa and LSR-II). In addition, maintaining the leishmania strain both in vitro and in vivo for gaining virulence. Proficient in mice handling, isolation of peritoneal macrophages for in vitro infection and stimulation, expertise in in vivo culture work especially organ-like spleen, liver, and lymph nodes depicts a better understanding of disease biology and vaccination aspects to treat novel infectious disease. I have  published several papers and reviews from my PhD work. At present, I am working on an Atherosclerosis project.
