Vice President – Projects
CurrentFull P & L responsibility of the project assigned, formulating & implementing business & project plans; directing, controlling and managing all aspects of the project, monitoring & reporting both internally and externally on financial and programme progress to KPI’s, ensuring timely, safe and cost effective design and implementation of projects from conception till customer satisfaction by guiding and motivating functional team. Conducting yearly gap analysis and training to ensure optimum manpower utility. Ensuring projects accepted handed over as per PPAs. Highlights: Managing and leading the Project Engineering Team including internal partners, engineering subcontractors along with external interfaces Ensuring compliance with corporate, sector and business directives and EHS standards Acting as Focal Point of Contact for resolving technical issues of clients Developed, reviewed and reported on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives were well understood and executed by the team. Steered business operations for the profit center with a view to realize pre-planned revenue targets; formulated profit center budget for operational / business development activities. Introduced and promoted new projects & services; built strategies for new projects launch, product positioning, developed and leveraged strong relationships with key decision makers. Designed and implemented systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of sales operations and enhance operational efficacy.
