Started career in product design and manufacturing and got an opportunity to work on various CNC machines during my initial period of experience. Later moved to Programmer level and shop floor manager in leading of 30 engineers force and around 15 CNC machines Before leaving the organization, I was given a task to establish a new CNC workshop subsequently played an executive lead role in identifying suitable CNC machines in manufacturing of high precision missile parts based on its criticality and complexity During the 17year long tenure in this organization got an opportunity to build the following skillset in my mechanical engineering domain,1) Product design2) Hand-On experience on variuos CNC machines viz.
