Job Profile : Handling of commercial operations• Supervising all Delivery Orders and assessing overall credit eligibility of customers for smooth delivery.• Checking all paper works related to Bond Sale and Local Sale.• Coordinating with all Local Offices located at Major Indian Ports all over India to give fast and error free delivery. • Coordinating with CHA (Clearing and Handling Agents) for Custom Duty clearance.• Study, analysis and interpretation of Stock Report (in and out).• Assessing overall all Stock Reports – Port wise, Product wise, Party wise and recommending the final report to higher authority.• Supervising the team to give more output in all the possible way.• Verification of all Licence Documents of Customers for hazardous products delivery.• Assisting customers with queries, requests & complaints.• Preparing MIS reports on daily basis and weekly review reports.
