Position DescriptionsI am handling Credit/Debit Card Payment and Refund Reconciliation along with NAVISION Accounting, And Monitoring ARQ refund process.1.Responsible Payment Gateway implementation process and coordinate to develop accounting report for reconciliation with IT team.2.Responsible for Payment & Refund reconciliation in Navision (ERP) Module.Posting PG bank’s Credit, Commission, Service Tax entry in Navision weekly basis.3.MID wise reconciliation monthly basis and present to our management along with coordinating internal (IT Team, Operation Team, several Banks) for resolution.4.Liaising with Various Payment Gateway Service provider (like ICICI, HDFC, American express Bank, CITI, Axis Bank, Bill desk, CC Avenues, and ITZ Cash Card) for all E-commerce related issues under B2C model."5.Prepare Payment gateway receivables, Gateway charges & Service Tax and Product wise MIS Monthly basis.6.Preparation of the Process documentation of all the Processes.
