Responsibility of All Plants & Utility Departments Maintenance Work.Co-ordination of Plant Maintenance and Engineering activities;Preparing and Implementing the Preventive Maintenance for Utilities & Plant Machinery;Discussion & follow up with vendors (providing engineering services) for various specialized service requirements & technical aspects of machines;Active participation in discussions with vendors at plant along with HOD and Purchase depot;Job / Work Inspection , Bill Verification & clarification of bills for Payment;Follow-up with Vendors and Purchase ORDER Relies and store SRV data maintained Maintenance & operations of DG Sets having capacity of 750 KVA, 1010 KVA, 1250 KVA with Synchronizing System.Maintenance of Electrical HT/LT Panels, VCB, ACB , Chiller Plants 400TR, & Air compressor.500 CFM & 1000 CFM (Atlas Copco).Operation and Maintenance of PLC (Allen Bradley, GE-Fanuc) based DG & LT load sharing system comprising SCADA. Knowledge Of 2000 KVA Transformer (Universal & Alastom )Knowledge Of A.H.U. Units & Split A.C. 2-10 Ton .Knowledge of Moulding machine. ( Electrical)Knowledge of Winding ,Facing,Coating Machines,With PLC Based.Knowledge of Paint Shop Machines,Mixer,Dyno Mill,Inno Mill,Reactor,ETC.To prepare Maintenance order in SAP after receiving Notification and do Completion confirmation after Job CompletionTo maintain spare part list & Requisition for consumable, non stock items, repairs & services in SAP To Schedule manpower distribution after job allocation to all technician Operation And Maintenance Of Treatment Plant Like WTP , STP Plant and Softener Plant & Cooling Towers Also.OTHER SPECILISATIONWorking in 5S, KAIZEN work Culture;Active member of Area Effective Team ( AET)—Utility;ISO & OHSAS Audit Paper Work to be Submit.Leader of CANDO Zone-1.
