• Briefing & handling Law firms & large number of Lawyers/ counsels for Groups various legal matters including Civil, Criminal and other matters, keeping track of cases/suits, attending Lower Courts and High Court.• Drafting various legal documents such as agreements/complaints/conveyance deeds/notices/power of attorney/affidavits.Looking after IPR Matters at Regostrar of Trade Mark and Initiating legal suit at High Court against infringer of Company's Trade Marks and cases under Negotiable Instrument Act • Preparation of Case status for Audit Purposes.• Liaison and co-ordination with various Government Departments, compliance of statutory formalities for the purpose to obtain their approval for Company’s Multifaceted activities - Factory Licence, Fire Licence, Employment Exchange, West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund, Kolkata Municipal Corporation. ( Trade licence & Mutation),Registration of our offices under West Bengal Shop & Establishment Act • Implementing all changes arising due to change in legal/statutory environment due to amendment in various legislations from time to time and guard organisations’ interest across broad spectrum of statutory/legal compliance.
