Throughout my career as a Chief Principal Engineer & Business Head at Indo Canadian Consultancy Services Ltd, I have been responsible for conceptual and feasibility studies, DPRs, concrete and rock-fill dams, rock stability analysis, geotechnical design, preparation of technical specifications, and detailed drawings of major hydro projects and civil works. I have supervised and coordinated geotechnical investigations and have been involved in the engineering of both underground and surface powerhouses. Additionally, I have carried out refurbishing work on several hydroelectric projects. I manage a team of engineers, technicians, and draftsmen in hydro and pumpstorge projects overseeing project management, structural design, and the preparation of technical specifications.
