 Processing PO and Non-PO invoices of both ICT and External Within the TAT and Handling related quires, Working on rejection documents (re-coding as per approver comments)  Performing Vendor reconciliation, Parked and Blocked report.  Performing internal control activities-Unregistered invoices and Parked and Blocked Invoices. Quality check for invoice posting is done as per schedules. (IQC) POT and NPOT analysis are done every month.  Working on EHS (error handling System) and educate the Supplier and Depot to sending the invoices with mandatory details in first instance itself UTS (Used truck sales)-Handling end to end activates of UTS along with NPOT analysis.
