Position Title : HR Executive Specialization : Campus Hiring and Offer Management.Achievements:As a part of acquisition with Xerox Business Services (XBS IT), I was sent to the transited branch of Atos as Atos acquired the Infrastructure Division of Xerox Business Services (XBS IT), became a part of the transition team and worked on introducing the new process for the division across the country.This role gave me a great opportunity to work across the length and breath of the country, meet various customers, vendors, partners, internal teams and understand, learn and experience the different cultures aiding in achieving my ever challenging targets.Job description: • Back Ground Screening pre/post Employment, Being a part of Talent Acquisition team doing verification of candidate before joining or post joining a company verifying about his education, employment, address and Criminal• Involved in full recruiting life cycle for campus recruitment backend.• Understanding client requirements and creating job codes • Conducting Drives, Walk-ins and personal interviews for lateral campus and off campus.• Coordination with the Recruiters and Candidates for documents and for the joining dates• Preparing/rolling out the offer letters and getting it signed by the Recruitment Manager/HR Business Partner and issuing the same to the candidates• • Collecting the employment and education documents from the Recruiters and assigning it to the BGV team as Global BGV SPOC.• Initiating Background check on behalf of the recruiters and ensure the BGV is cleared before the candidate joins• Doing Criminal Checks, Data Base checks and World Checks for the candidates and sending the reports to the internal team for filing.• Maintaining Database of the whole company details Working on online tools of the co.
