Ensure timely availability of resources to achieve target dates. Managing the supply chain for the items, ensuring timely distribution of the merchandise. Taking up timely customer orders by checking the materials availability in time and coordinating the management for allotted circle from raw materials to dispatch. Ensuring the outbound/ inbound logistics control for cost & on time delivery through proper management of Transporters. Audit of material despatch documents /quantity/quality/ mode packing / stacking.Stores Management  Ensuring proper documentation for in awarding of materials and check for variances by conducting stock verification. Preparing:• Materials Receipts Notes on a daily basis as per documents.• Monthly report of Inventory. Handling the inventory function so as to curtail inventory holding expenses and observance to maximum and minimum stocking system for various Inventories and minimize wastage. Identifying and implementing A B, C class of inventories, slow moving and non moving stocks to reduce the inventory.  Classifying & codification material according to their value & importance like ABC & FSN.  Carrying out inventory / warehouse management of finished goods; planning and coordinating for replenishing stock in the warehouse. Conducting annual stock reconciliation physical v/s system count as well as carrying out monthly stock audit to all warehouse location.Materials Management/ Vendor Development  Ensuring optimum inventory without hampering the production process. Vendor optimisation by Process, Material or capacities & establishing activities. Appointing new distributors and new transporters.Process Management Identifying the sales requirement and converting the demand into an order. Adhering to the standard operating procedure across operation process and ensuring timely processing of delivery order to the customer.  Maintaining healthy relationships with customer /Vendor for updating information and offering best of services.Team Management Exhibiting strong leadership quality and expertise in training and monitoring the performance of the staff to ensure their efficiency. Addressing the concerns arising in the work processes and initiating team motivational activities to bring in a harmonious work culture.
