Key Result Areas Carried out the training of all team members of the operations, standards and procedures. Supervised departmental communication on cascade manner every month.Managed inventories like housekeeping consumables, uniform and machines, equipments and tools of housekeeping and customer compliances. Conducted Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and training. Checked the standards of work prior to any guest arrival or audit, standards of the material prior going to the sites. Developed Leave Plans, Duty Rota and deployment of workers; processed housekeeping & operations in new sites and maintained them. In Aquaclean- gave startup in Cummins turbo technologies (Pithampur, MP) and took responsibility to manage Ranbaxy laboratories (DEWAS) after getting the contact.Created a drive for bank accounts for timely salary and ESIC, PF for them and created a point of contact to share there problems.Awards & AppreciationsAquaclean- Joined as Asst-Manager Quality Control and Training and was promoted as Operation Manager in one year with 65% salary hike; Joined as State Head Operation Madhya Pradesh but got extra responsibility to handle Chhattisgarh state after 3 and half months.
