• Active support for scrutiny & finalization of contract drug formulation manufacturers& periodical mapping of their buying for better control on cost.

Sourcing of API's, Exceipients, Chemicals, Solvents, Packaging Materials, Capital items, etc required for formulaton plant.

• Responsible for overall group procurement of all API’s, Intermediates, Chemicals, Excipients & other raw materials. All Types of packaging materials like Foils, PVC/PVDC, catch Covers, Cartons, Shippers, labels.
• Also buying various marketing promotional inputs like gifts & other stationeries.
• Also responsible for project & capital purchases like Pharma machineries, tools, dies, punches etc.
• Handling the entire production planning, machine loading, work force allocation, inventory management, RM/PM Planning.
• Also responsible for stock allocations at various depots & transfers of Goods from BSR.
• Also handling the contract manufacturing for P2P / Loan licensing.
