Dealing with base of 2000 plus materials sourcing from 400 plus active vendors all across globe • Handling about 400 plus SKU catering to Generic, OTC & ethical market.• Direct coordination with supply chain for effective adherence of service level commits to business.• Drive decision for capacity utilization & machine loading by various projects like Radical, Zero & Harmonization for better material usage with minimal wastages.• Leadership support for employee’s engagement, motivation & training needs.• Active support for scrutiny & finalization of contract drug formulation manufacturers& periodical mapping of their buying for better control on cost.• Timely launch of new SKU / packs / Formulation with direct dealing with product management team• Cost efficient de risking projects for uninterrupted supplies.• Responsible for Product costing with better utilization of working capital resources for efficient procurement.• Maintain procurement efficiency by effective use of negotiation by e-sourcing, forward coverage & monitoring bench market rates including imports data.• Long term business alliances for new ideas & innovations advantages to business.• Participation in quality programs for RCA & effective CAPA implementation for quality sourcing.• Support global initiatives on Environment health & safety, CSR & Risk mitigation.• Also catering the total plant requirement of Maintenance, Engineering, consumables, etc.• Responsible for project & capital purchases like Pharma machineries, tools, dies, punches etc.

• Responsible for overall group procurement of all API’s, Intermediates, Chemicals, Excipients & other raw materials. All Types of packaging materials like Foils, PVC/PVDC, catch Covers, Cartons, Shippers, labels, inserts etc.• Also buying various marketing promotional inputs like gifts & other stationeries.• Also responsible for project & capital purchases like Pharma machineries, tools, dies, punches etc.• Handling the entire production planning, machine loading, work force allocation, inventory management, RM/PM Planning.• Also responsible for stock allocations at various depots & transfers of Goods from BSR.• Also handling the contract manufacturing for P2P / Loan licensing.• Leading & motivating SCM team to achieve the job satisfaction by achieving set goals.• Effective management of Imports, custom clearance and inland transportation.• Proactive liasioning with our internal customers to forecast, plan to meet, and to supply demand to relevant quality and optimization of production processes.• Continuous up gradation of the vendor base to meet the procurement plan and opportunity matrix.• Introducing the innovative initiatives in operations & fixing the KRA”S for next level managers
