Role and Key Result Areas: Work as Plant Engineer (Shift incharge) in operation & maintenance of 26MW captive power plant. And overall supervision and guidance of 55MW CPP at OPM outsource on Thermax. Working with 81MW thermal Power plant. Working with CFBC, AFBC and Stoker fired Boiler. Operation of 26MWcaptive power plant & its auxiliaries. And overall supervision and guidance of 55MW CPP at OPM outsource on Thermax. Experience of Hot and Cold start-up of TG. Emergency handling of turbine in case of contingency conditions of plant. Monitor Boiler and turbine parameter analysis & if required take corrective actions. Monitor DM plant parameters and analysis, if required take corrective actions. Monitor coal size and ensure size of coal for Boiler through CHP. Monitor track record of Steam, Power, Air and Coal consumption as well as Boiler efficiency, and Condensate return quantity with quality. Calculate Coal consumption, Boiler efficiency, Turbine loading vacuum of turbine, steam to coal ratio, coal to power ratio, Power generation coast and try to meet as per target. Monitor the Environmental norms for Air, Water, and cross check on daily basis with the help of available equipment. An effective communicator & team player with strong analytical, logical & problem solving abilities.  To give on job training to workmen & staff related to new installed equipments. Identification of unsafe act/condition and efforts towards elimination and compliance to job safety analysis. Planning effective preventive maintenance schedule and identify area of breakdown and taking step to rectify same. Generate various types of report (Daily Report, breakdown, saving, production, weekly, monthly.)  Have ability to cost control, Inventory control, Manpower/Over time control, down time reduction of equipment, Energy conservation & reduction of breakdown. Optimum utilization of recourses. And implementation of safety standard and work permit system.
