IT Support Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.Diagnose technical problems and determine the best solution for resolution.Walk customers through problem-solving steps or provide clear instructions.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams or specialists.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.Install or configure software and hardware to resolve technical issues.Provide technical support for systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure as needed.Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.Skills and Qualifications:Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.Excellent customer service orientation.Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech productsWorking Conditions:Typically works in an office environment, though remote work may be an option.May require occasional evening, weekend, or on-call availability to resolve urgent issues.
