• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture• Find out the daily routine issue and resolve accordingly.• Always selecting and working on the hot and top highlighted issues by the management.• Fix the open challenges by taking course of action as per the nature of work.• With the ability of handling high pressure and skills to convert risk into opportunity, setup processes are AP, VMF, LSP/IRP, ST, CRF, Pulse/Cielo, DR/RC, CRP, HUB process, PFA, FOI, Macros.• Special attention on Inbound and outbound activity. • Proactively need to check quarterly supplier’s payment hold issues and mitigate the risk of holding the shipment.• Monthly participation in BCP & internal Audit call.• Work with cross functional teams like AP / Sourcing / Automation to support in resolving the related issues.• Maintaining the relationship with Global customers and keep up good communications

• Over all handling procurement activities as role of process specialist.• Responsible for systematically executing procurement procedures for timely and cost-effective purchasing from suppliers.• Dealing in Staff utilities, IT products, Machineries, safety assemblies and complete range of maintenance materials, arranging transportation contracts with vendor, also doing service and goods purchase order undertaken by company. • Creating purchase order in ERP tool BAAN & sending to the supplier. • Creating Request for quotation (RFQ) for part request & send to the supplier and arranged best price as per end user/Planner expectations. Also working on daily MRP report.• Working knowledge of Open purchase order report to manage site specific issues like the goods delivered (Pull in, Push out, Cancellation, Quality issues).• Negotiation: - End to end category & commodity management for chasing best price as per supplier price negotiation strategy.• Outsource new suppliers with respect to delivery performance, pricing and quality of materials supplied etc.• Working shortages report for managing and maintain goods delivery which is not hampering production line. • Maintaining parts storage in storage area (Warehouse) as per quality standard.• Over all handling quality check in terms of purchase request, purchase order, RFQ & RFI to improve purchasing standard via ERP tool.• Guiding the Site Engineers & Team Members till Incident resolved.• Taking care of inventory control and monthly inbound dollars.• Maintaining good relationship with customers, suppliers and end users.• Prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.

• Performs regular standard tasks PR to PO.• Closely follow up with suppliers and update the same status to Client.• Responsible for maintaining daily production logs.• Weekly review calls on the productivity. • Supports supervisor with any adhoc requests / any reporting requirements as and when necessary.• Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service.• Prepare, maintain and circulate Daily Status Report and Daily Handover Reports within the operation.• Provide effective on the job training to the newcomers on all the accounting tasks assigned to them.

• Possess the skill at arriving at the right statistical analysis methods, preparing reports, presentations & making the findings & recommendation in the presentation.• A complete monitoring authority on Inward/Outward docs.• Getting monthly forwarder quote for the outbound. • Adroit in handling backend operations for minimizing error level and enhancing productivity and implementing service strategies according to the set targets & actively involved in controlling service deliverable as per given SLAs – TAT.• Set performance parameters/ designing employee & trade incentives, delegating work, checking delivery standards and giving feedback.• Responsible for client management and project management and day-to-day operations for all projects assigned. Successfully monitoring calls and giving individual feedback.• Keep continuously tracking and follow up until the delivery happened.
