As part of the core team with Assurekit, I am involved in setting the product and the strategy for the company. I help in interfacing with the insurers on underwriting and actuarial requirements. I also deal with the insurers IT teams with their APIs and help the product team with product development.As a subject matter expert, I help in identifying an adequate product fit for clients.

I had co-founded perilwise.We were initially insurance brokers who then went on to become a pureplay insurtech player after surrendering our license. The thesis of our company has always been in using bleeding edge tech to help solve insurance problems. As an insurtech firm, we focused on being the tech layer between the insurers and the intermediaries and were involved in developing CRM and PoS systems for brokers.

I was initially part of the underwriting team and moved into the actuarial team, where I reported to the appointed actuary of the company.I was deeply involved in motor pricing and reporting. I was also involved in capital modelling and reserving.
