SBI Cards Oct 2018 - Nov 2021Trainer/Coordinator- Coordinating with leaders and trainers to create a training calendar as per theavailability.- Sending training invitations to all the leaders, external trainers, and trainees.- Attendance and performance tracking of employees in the training session. - Delivering soft skill training and conducting Ice breaker sessions.- Updating courses on the LMS as per training module.- Driving and tracking E-Learning modules for the assigned audience on LMS.- Ensuring that programs are delivered on time and according to internaltimelines.- Rolling out SKT and LKT for different teams.- Creating content and knowledge bites such as banners, mailers, and templatesand sharing the same across the team.- Evaluate the performance and training methods of current instructors and sharethe NPS report.- Arrange on-the-job training for new hires and conduct orientation sessions tofamiliarise new staff members with correct procedures and processes.- Cooperate with management to create and conduct surveys designed to identifyspecific training needs within the team.
