As an integral part of the company, was actively involved in Business Development, Purchase, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Administration and Designing department to perform following: Research, filter and select the country for registering our pharmaceutical finished dosage forms. Coordinate with the regulatory team for preparation of dossiers according to the guidelines of respective Ministry of Health. Compilation and submission of dossier along with samples and stay in connection with Ministry of Health for responding queries if any. Actively involved in getting regulatory documents from FDA, Gujarat, INDIA. For instance, Product Permission, COPP (Certificate of pharmaceutical product), Free Sale Certificate, Country of Origin and more. Design the product labels, cartons, foils, brochures, and marketing material using CorelDRAW Graphics Suite and Adobe Illustrator software. Contact various vendors, get quotations, filter according to the specifications and prices and finally execute the purchasing APIs, excipients, and packing materials.Find, contact and convince the respective country's pharmaceutical importers and distributors for importing, stocking, marketing and selling our registered products. Stay in conversation loop from scratch to end of the deal and make sure to deliver committed quality products and receive the payments on time. Contact Clearing and Handling Agents and Freight forwarders and get quotation for air freight and sea freight and export the shipment without any fault in transmission.

As an entry level position in company, try to learn various skills and activities of different department under the supervision of Pharmaceutical Operations Manager. Get the daily assignments from the manager with instructions of how to do it. Try to finish all allocated work and report them to the manager at the end of the day. Get knowledge and experience of basic tasks in various departments like logistics, regulatory affairs, administration, designing, purchase and business development. Get a little expertise in some of them also.
