Steered feasibility study while coordinating with PWC and product managers with a focus to evaluate 32 different transaction banking products/services comprising of ACH, WIRE, account transfer, item processing, controlled disbursement, positive pay, bill pay, ach exchange, transmission, lockbox, remote deposit capture, and billing across MUFG / Union Bank outline roadmap for Transaction Banking Transformation. I scheduled effective plans to align product/services with MUFG Bank and Union Bank. I devised and delivered effective solutions for Omni channel to facilitate procedures.• Improved product and services access of MUFG Bank and Union Bank by streamlining procedures as well as devising/executing robust practices.• Presented and finalized framework for Transaction Banking Transformation by delivering different suggestions.
