I am handling contracts mangement in Oil and Gas EPC Projects and my main functions is as follows,1. Handling Arbitration matters with clients -Including drafting of Statement of Claims in liasion with Techno -Legal Consultant.4. Deciding the Claims strategy , maintaining contemporary records , coordination and briefing the senior counsels in Arbitration matters.5. Appointment of External Legal Counsels.6. Drafting Joint Venture Agreements and other related agreements for bidding. Show less

I was responsible for all Contracting activities for DBFOT Road projects, reporting to Contract Head. I was involved in formulation of Contracting Strategy, Preparation of Project Reports, Preparation of Bid Documents, evaluation, obtaining Management Approvals, Award and Management of these Contracts till closeout, Risk assessment of projects . Contracts for Miscellaneous services like Utility shifting works , vehicle supply ,etc.6. Purchase contracts for Construction works.7. Assit legal team in filling of affidavits , legal issues.
