Key roles and responsibilities:As part of Wipro BPS Ltd. I have been working in Accounts Payable Department and takingcare of the following activities -- WORKING ON AVAYA PROJECT.- Prioritize invoice according to payment terms and cash management strategies and verified all invoices. Performing 3-way Po match for appropriate documentation.- Working on coupa and sap tool. Working on all sap t-codes Miro, ME23N, FBL1N,F-44, FB03, FB60, F-43, MR8M, FB08 etc.- Working on coupa tool we entered all invoice details in coup a calculate and verify all things and post the invoices and then they interface in SAP. - Handling complete end to end Invoice Processing stream, which involves invoices such as aPO/Non-PO/Asset Posting/VPF/RFP.- Handling Misc. Checks and ensuring all the deposits are correctly posted on Vendoraccount and cleared from sub ledgers.- To ensure work on “R” blocks of invoices, reversed and process them correctly.- Ensuring month end reconciliations are completed and certified in blackline as preschedule.- Preparing the reporting daily Global Payment Open Item Report, Potential duplicate, Rejection handling and Coupa interface Issue.- Getting all the aged invoices processed by working closely with Processors/Requisitions and Clients.

Primary responsibility includes Account Assistant Key roles and responsibilities:WORKING ON RIO TINTO PROJECTMONTHLY REPORTS:- CFO Report.- Invoice processing report with PO & without PO.- Automation Invoice processing report & Manual processing report.- Payment Exception report.- Production report.- Vendor reconciliation.- Trade creditors report.REGULAR TASKS (FUNCTIONAL): -- Handled various kinds of invoices and credit notes as per Standard operating procedure(Foreign/domestic invoices-Manual/Automatic) in SAP.- Working in AP Team.- Allocation of invoices and tracking of completion in order to timely approval of invoices.- Working on reversal Cases (Wrong payment cases).- Resolve vendor’s queries through phone calls and e-mails.- Resolving stop credit cases.- Processing Invoice types include goods, service orders, one-time vendors and credit memos.- Processing of PO based and non-PO based invoices.
