• Responsible for handling queries raised by the Team member or Clients• Handling the team hurdles & updating the new changes in the processes.• Conduct weekly meetings and discuss the errors with an objective to meet the “No Errors” level and also provide information on the processors rankings.• Getting trained on New Tools and Tasks later transferring the knowledge to team members.• Manage the team members and provide proper backup in their absence.

Responsible to ensure optimum productivity and quality standards defined by the Managers.• Responsible for production target for the Team.• Queue Management• Responsible for meeting the Service Level Agreements (SLA), as defined by the Client.• Set up the campaign before the deadline and ensuring good relation with clients and keep them happy.• Responsibility of Training and mentoring the new joiners until they achieve specified standards of Quality and Productivity
