 Lead and manage a team of network engineers and Solution Architects, overseeing network operations and solution architecture. Ensure adherence to SLA metrics and MSA, tracking daily performance to meet defined service levels. Define Network Design and Solutioning for New Sites, IP – Schema addressing planning, Configuration, and implementation.  Monitor operational queues and control backlog to maintain service efficiency. Analyze missed SLAs and drive corrective actions, ensuring proactive issue resolution. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings above 95%, addressing any dissatisfied feedback within 72 hours. Foster team motivation, manage rotations, and control attrition to maintain team stability. Oversee the Network Design, Solutioning, installation, maintenance, and optimization of large-scale and complex network infrastructure. Collaborate with site support teams and vendors (e.g., AT&T, SPRINT) for circuit management and site-related network issues. Manage incident resolution and troubleshoot network issues across multi-vendor environments. Execute scheduled network changes within predefined change windows. Administer DNS servers, including DNS record management and failover activities. Manage multi-vendor network equipment, including IOS-based routers, CAT-OS 6500 switches, Cisco ASA FWs, Citrix NetScaler load balancers, and Cisco CSS load balancers. Ensure network performance optimization, issue troubleshooting, and resolution for large-scale enterprise networks.
