Responsible for daily Power generation, schedule/ forced E/M maintenance, 132 KV Transmission line installation over all of all four projects (operating and under construction projects)

• Capable of Preparing Energy (Main grid and Renewables) based Perspective Plans for Rural’ MunicipalitiesExpert in technical monitoring for the installed Electro-mechanical equipment’s operation of installation (as like transformers, transmission/distribution lines, DOL connections to the starter of pumps, installed protection systems) in the pump house. • performed the feasibility study, survey, design for the rural community transmission/distribution lines extension from NEA extended national grid lines under 80-20 contribution program of DDC and the community • Delivered Different Level of Technical Trainings of Solar PV modules Systems, Gasifiers systems, Micro Hydro Electric Systems to the Different Level of Operators and Engineers• Performed the feasibility study, survey, design of solar PV modules for the different purpose (i.e. Solar street lights, house electrifications, and for the lift/OHT water supply schemes) for community under different program of this DDC. •

• Facilitation LGCDP program through social mobilization at community level for implementation of DDC and JP municipality program as well.• Insuring the implementation of cross cutting issues like, MSNP/GESI/GRB/CFLG/EFLG mainstreaming and youth mobilization into development works.• Orientated and conducted trainings on MSNP/FSRP/GBV/GESI/GRB/CFLG/EFLG mainstreaming issues and supported members of Youth Networks on Youth policy 2066, participation of youth at local level planning process and invest more budget to youths to their empowerment and to increase access to government resources and services.• Advocacy and lobby in DDC /VDCs council to allocate budget and programming to the targeted groups/ communities like as, Women ,Children, GESI and youths/adolescents .
