• Worked closely with other internal teams, external local and global vendors/consultants, as well as market stakeholders to ensure smooth deliverable of projects/tasks/initiatives.
• Manage the working relationship with one of the largest Network Facilities Provider’s in the industry, Edotco Malaysia Sdn Bhd by creating a communication platform between both companies and mandated weekly progress.
• Identifying available network infrastructure solutions based on the company’s coverage objectives and requirements.
• Manage relevant communication in an appropriate and timely manner to ensure potential changes are well informed and anticipated risks are well mitigated, as well as aligning other sub-sections within the organisation.
• Gather and study factual data in order to generate relevant reports for key stakeholders, as well as developing and delivering presentations to the management team on new network solutions available in the market.
• Produce cost analysis and comparisons based on commercial offers from Network Facilities Providers and vendors within the industry.

• Plan, execute and manage the acquisition of sites in the deployment and rollout of P1 WiMAX network in West & East Malaysia.
• Assign and manage appointed real estate agents to approach owners of suitable properties identified by network planners and schedule technical site surveys.
• Present and discuss Technical Proposals to potential owners (private & corporate).
• Lead negotiations for high rental sites and work closely with legal team on Tenancy Agreements matters.
• Vet thru and validate submission documents for local council’s approvals.
• Manage and resolve various site-related issues that may arise with owners or local authorities during pre-construction and post-construction.
