 Vendor’s reconciliation GST reconciliation Bank reconciliation Good received not invoiced reconciliation Resolving all vendor’s queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA Tax Deducted at Source before releasing invoices for INR and NON INR payments Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment Articulate and demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts – 3 way match, PO, NON PO, GRN etc., India Import Invoices processing – check Bill of Entry, packing list before posting Reviewing and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc. Maintaining a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are balanced taking based on the exception tracker Maintaining exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention Performing transactional tasks, which support the compliance, planning and execution of assignedprocesses. Following up with requisitions (via mails or tickets) to seek hold invoice as per the AP guideline Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are balanced as per the guidelines

 Maintaining day to day reconciliations of Banks. Preparing of financial statements Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns. Managing Pay-in and Pay-outs to clients within the risk management framework of the Company. SEBI Supervision - preparation and submission of returns on weekly and Monthly basis for all Exchanges viz. equity as well as commodity segments. Timely renewal of BG, FDR and STL. Handling banking related transaction, recording of receipts and payments. Ensuring timely updates of Bank Accounts of the Company and Co-coordinating with Bankers for the requirements of the Company. Timely payment of taxes and dues to exchequer and filing of applicable returns.  Daily Margin Reporting to Exchange. Settlement of Client Funds and Security on daily basis. Handling Customer Queries.
