 Conducting regular, effective & continuous Audits as per functional requirement on Rollout,Installation, and Fault Repair and on activities performed by Operations and Maintenance & NOCteams. Data analysis on the Audit reports across nation for RCA. Roll-out Audit Pre & Post AT audit are to be conducted to find out the deviation between Pre and Post AT .Auditshall include all the steps from Work Order from Airtel and PO to the subcontractors to thedeployment of OSP/HDD and the Building wiring and updating in GIS. Audit to be conducted in allmajor cities and based on the Audit reports corresponding Vendor analysis to done. As well as tohighlight the process gaps while implementing the project between the various departments I&FR Audit Accuracy of Data in ECRM ICRM and similar MIS tools used to be audited. Hygiene & Soft Skillcapability of end customer fronting resources to be audited.Audit on sampling basis of 10% is to be conducted on all installations & shifting from customerrequest to Customer Feedback form and updating in GIS including choked tags details. Fault Repair Data Analysis of the SR closer and a sample Audit is to be conducted to develop RCA for theassurance of the Fault and to be avoided in future, Reviewing current process and developing newprocess for zero fault occurrence and 100% customer satisfaction. Equipment quality testing Quality testing as per the defined specifications of all the SDH (Such as Tejas 1600, ECI BG40, 2kDWDM etc), DSLAMs (such as Ericson, Lucent, UTStarcom etc), CPEs (Such as Dlink, Cisco,TPlink, Beetal, etc as well as measuring equipment’s (such as E1, Ethernet, megger, OTDR, IOLMetc) Infra and Utility. Audits for ensuring quality standard at RSU Basic infra related hygiene at RSU with reference of E & HS. Audits of functioning of DG set and Battery banks, Power supply Critical Alarm testing on periodic basis. Checking and maintaining Preventive maintenance reports
