Summary of responsibilities:- Strategic planning, implementation and maintenance of HR systems and policies - Implementation and promotion of organisational Objectives, Manifesto, Philosophy and Values.- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses- Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.- Establish and implement short- and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.- Evaluate and recommend/implement improvements to various employee benefit programs.- Keep HR operations and other shared services aligned with corporate HR and focused to business objectives.- Talent management, retention, manpower planning & projections for India R&D and Sales operations - Organisational brand building in the employment market.- Sourcing and retention of top talent from internal and external sources.- Continuous assessment of recruitment channels and retention strategies to ensure best resources for organisation. - Identification and finalization of group and individual KRA’s (Key Result Areas), with periodic review and monitoring.- Training and Development of resources by continuous analysis of actual and expected skill gap.
