I am responsible for creating and estimating test cases, defining test case objectives, and prioritizing testing activities. I work with DevOps for bug tracking and execute all test cases while reporting any defects. I prepare test plans, provide technical guidance to the team as needed, and regularly send daily and weekly status reports. Additionally, I offer recommendations to improve the development process, create test scenarios based on requirements, schedule Scrum calls, and collaborate within Agile projects. As a manager of a 5-member team, I review test cases, conduct peer reviews, and work closely with the onsite team to ensure smooth project execution.

I partner with the Development Manager to ensure collaboration between engineers and QA, performing all duties in alignment with established company goals. I conduct technical analysis to identify the scope and schedule of upcoming projects and individual work items, while actively participating in all aspects of product testing, including test plan development, execution, and delivery of well-tested solutions with a quick release turnaround.My role includes creating and maintaining ownership of test cases and results throughout the SDLC, as well as independently analyzing issues, recommending software changes, and writing detailed bug reports. I also leverage Redmine and Jira for bug tracking and test case management, executing test cases, reporting defects, and defining their severity and priority.I work closely with software developers to understand business requirements and efficiently provide timely status updates to management. Additionally, I supervise junior testers, perform exploratory testing, and ensure clear communication through verbal and written reports. I consistently provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, staff, and business partners, while actively assisting co-workers, supervisors, and management to promote seamless teamwork and operations
