Department: Quality AssuranceDuties & Responsibilities:1. Carry out Internal and External/Contractors/Sub-contractors Audit of Maintenance Workshop Facilities (Line, Base and Component ) as planned and discuss the observations with Quality Manager for making the audit report.2. Carry out Aero plane & Helicopter Physical Audit.3. Carry out Pre-audits and generates first tier report for extension of organization scope of approval from regulatory Authority.4. Carry out Random Audits (Spot Checks) of Aircrafts & Facilities during maintenance to ensure their compliance with the regulatory requirements.5. Send the audit report to concerned Auditee along with the responsible Manager as per approved Organization Manual.6. Follow-up with the Auditee and responsible Manager for the compliance of the audit Non-conformance.7. Prepare the annual audit plan for Internal and External/Contractors/Sub-contractors in consultation with Quality Manager.8. Distribute the Audit Plan to all the nominated post holders as per approved Organization Manual.9. Prepare/ amend the audit checklists required for conducting the Audits according to the annual audit plans and get it approved by the Quality Manager.10. Liaison during external audits done by regulatory Authority/ Customers or any third party and follow-up for the closing of non-conformance.
