Drafts and executes quality SQL data scripts and queries for production data updates and reporting.Manages data change request aspects of the endpoint eDRS system.Reviews change requests for clarity, completeness, and impact.Collaborates with Client Services and customers as needed to ensure database updates are made in the spirit of the original request.Manages and continuously updates Data Management best practices.Reviews Data Management Plan Specification for quality, consistency and feasibility.Verifies database lock, project archives and the client-related documents. Collaborates with IT and implementation team to address Clinical application requests and/or changes to Clinical database systems. Participates in conference calls and/or meetings with external teams as needed.Performs other duties as required.

1. Understand the business needs/issues and data challenges of client’s organisation and industry2. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats of clients3. Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications4. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and appropriate solutions5. Develops functional specifications document for client engagements6. Leads testing efforts and ensure tracking and closure of identified issues by interacting regularly with the testers and clients7. Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules8. Communicates and applies project standards9. Maintaining and reviewing of all the documentation as per the QMS guideline10. Following the established organizational quality and operational processes and be compliant to the same; contributing towards process improvements by suggesting the ways to improve the existing processes and procedures.11. Providing up-to-date and as-required status reporting to Reporting Authority12. Demonstrates the application to the potential clients if needed.
