Current• Planning, coordinate, and implement organizational activities for the delivery of business and technical IT solutions.• Projects Direction by leading teams in determining client requirements and translating them into operating plans. • Identifying resources and requirements through close monitoring, project control and reporting procedures developed and changes managed.• Responsible for development and/or review of estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort.• Managing the completion of deliverables as required.• Responsible for collaborating closely with the business owners/stakeholders and technical teams to identify and document detailed requirements, process flows, and data sources; • Providing regular projects updates to management and business stakeholder during scheduled meetings.• Understanding new oppurtunituies in within current customer and working on the same with pre-sales• Managing and Controlling project scrum meetings and external stakeholders along CXO interactions• Coordinate with Sales for pre-sales activities and PMO activities as an active member of group
