• To manage the site execution of the project such that is completed within the time, cost, productivity and quality requirements.• To assign and distribute efficiently the available resources for the project• Prepare monthly reports addressing the performance of the project, areas of concern and opportunities on each project assigned• Assists with preparation of construction schedule, manpower histogram, submittal log, and drawing log, and changes thereof, in coordination with Construction staff and Planning & Cost Control Units for initial project planning.• Overseas purchase and delivery of required materials, and inflow. Outflow of site store materials in coordination with Procurement Department.• Attend meetings with the Client, Contractor and other Consultants• Subcontract and contract administration• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients• Reviewing Contractors technical submissions• Providing all necessary on-site directions and instructions• Ensuring all materials and equipment meet the required specifications• Review existing designs and documents, and project plan and policy for implementation.• Ensure that materials and equipment used on a project meet the required specifications.• Establish and maintain project engineering records and report progress of the project.• Ensures that the established QHSE management systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISM standards, and applicable laws and regulations.• Monitor compliance with corporate and project QHSE requirements and locally applicable rules and regulations.
