RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the creation & maintenance of all artefacts (systems, data elements, controls, ownership) captured in the Governance Platform / Data Dictionary is in line with the enterprise-wide Data Management Framework. Also provide enough data evidence for audit completion Produce & report Data Integrity metrics on the health of the Data Governance Platform to senior management & ensure resolution of the exceptions by interacting with divisional stakeholders Maintain & manage the enterprise business glossary, data lineage and metadata in line with the overall data strategy Manage Maintenance process & DQ metrics and responsible to manage a team of 3 Map the flow of the firm’s critical data to authoritative data sources along with the relevant data controls by partnering with Data Owners, Stewards, Solution Owners & Control Owners Present back findings to executive management, both 1:1 and through existing governance forums, to confirm understanding and obtain ratification Maintain an excellent standard for all aspects of project delivery and governance, including planning, status reporting and risk managementPROJECTS Process Transition from external client to internal Playing a key role in migration to a new Data Dictionary IT solution (Collibra) by participating in its requirements gathering, testing & releases. Identified areas with operational inefficiencies & improved processes through automation & streamlining thereby reducing the processing time by nearly 85%.
